Biography Dr. Smith earned her Ph.D. in Education Administration at the University of Minnesota. She had extensive public school experience prior to coming to ISU. Dr. Smith has been a special education teacher, a coordinator and a director of special education. She has also been an assistant superintendent for teaching and learning. Dr. Smith is the Coordinator for the Director of Special Education post master"s certificate at ISU.
